First time exploring Bucerias with another couple from YYC for 2 weeks! A perfect spot to unwind and we shall return😊 The accommodations provided us with marvellous sunsets from the patio or roof top pool/barbie area. The unit could use some plastic wine glasses as the rooftop area is no glass zone! In addition, some cooking items for those nights we dined in to take in the view of Banderas Bay/🌅 (mixing bowls, measuring cup and a set of Barbie tools. The set available from concierge was poor) We appreciated the assistance of Lizbeth with concerns, especially when the building water pump went down1 morning. She also arranged around our activities to clean the unit over those 2 weeks. The building Pavilion and this unit are ideally placed, has friendly staff, a great Cafe street level and short walks to beach, restaurants, shops and grocery store. However, Over the next 18mths/2 years there will be construction noise with a new build next door?! Thanks for a great experience 😊

We loved our stay in Pavilions. This is one of the best buildings in the Golden zone of Bucerias. The views were incredible and we were within walking distance of everything we needed. Lizbeth was excellent to communicate with.

We had high expectations going into our stay at Pavillion, and they were exceeded at every level. Miriam and Lizbeth are first class people who delivered a first class experience. Additionally, the security staff - Guillermo and Javier - and the maintenance team led by Evans - were very professional and responsive to our questions and needs, and couldn’t have been more friendly and welcoming. A 5 star experience from start to finish.

The pool area, the condo and the view from the deck was amazing. We enjoyed sitting out on the deck watching the sunset with a glass of wine, listening to the beautiful soulful music coming from the restaurant below us. We were impressed by the security in this building. The doorman greeted us every morning and evening with a friendly smile and he was always there to answer any question we may have. Lizabeth was amazing. She was helpful and communicated in a timely manner with anything we needed. There were 4 of us who stayed in this unit for 10 days. We have been coming to Bucerias for years and are sad to see how it is being so built up. Construction is everywhere, but this beautiful corner unit overlooks small homes and palm trees and the ocean. You will not be disappointed. Jon and Nancy
