The property is located near the principal train station of Brussels. While it offers a lot of benefits in terms of connectivity, it also means the area is not the nicest residential area! Expect to see some rubbish on the floor and people standing around - it's normal and completely safe!

If you are coming by train (Eurostar, Thalys..), by bus or by plane via Charleroi airport, you will likely reach Brussels at Gare du Midi, which is the principal train station of Brussels and just 3 minutes by foot from Magritte/Monet/Malevich. There you can either hop on the metro to reach all areas of Brussels or take a short train journey for Paris, Ghent or London.
If you prefer to explore by foot, then you can visit the Manneken Pis statue or go flea market treasure hunting at the Place de Jeux de Balle, both just 15 minutes away.

There is also no excuse to miss the incredible nightlife and beer culture Brussels has to offer because MONET/MAGRITTE/MALEVICH is only 7 minutes walk away from the world famous Cantillon Brewery. Walk 10 minutes further and you will reach Parvis Saint Gilles and Saint Gery, where you will find lots of cool bars and dining options.

We are only 3 minutes on foot from Gare du Midi, where the Eurostar station, the Flixbus station to Charleroi Airport and metro lines 2,3,4 and 6 are located.
