I stayed with my husband and kids and we had a great time. The host was incredibly friendly, helpful and fun to talk to. The house is located near train rails, which could be an issue if one is sensitive to noise, but wasnt a problem for us. Apart from that, the location is very nice: a two minute walk to the beach and about 20 minutes to the beautiful city centre. The house itself was clean and relatively spacious. The kitchen could be modernized, but had (almost) everything one could need. Overall we had a very positive experience, would book again and do recommend a stay.

Wir waren 5 Erwachsene und haben uns in dem Haus mit Garten wohl gefühlt. Die Nachbarn mit Hund waren nett. Die Kommunikation mit der Betreuerin vor Ort war sehr gut und der Empfang sehr herzlich. Wir sind später als geplant mit dem Zug (Bahnhof Sestri Levante ist fußläufig erreichbar) angekommen. Die Betreuerin hat auf uns gewartet und über den Lieferdienst noch Pizza bestellt. Ein Problem mit dem Gasherd wurde kurzfristigt beseitigt. Sehr schön war, dass es ein einzelstehendes Haus ist umgeben von einem Garten. Das Haus ist für bis zu 8 Personen angegeben mit 3 Schlafzimmern (2 im 1. Stock und 1 im Erdgeschoss). Wir würden das Haus für maximal 6 Erwachsene empfehlen. Bei voller Belegung mit 8 Personen müssten 2 auf der Couch im Wohnzimmer schlafen. Die Küche war funktional und ausreichend ausgestattet, jedoch etwas altmodisch. Im Badezimmer im 1. Stock war eine Badewanne, zum Duschen hat ein Vorhang gefehlt. Bis zum Strand sind es 5 min und zum Lebensmittelladen 15 min zu Fuß.
