This is a brand new NextGen house in Plumas Lake. This unit is the in laws unit with it's own entrance, laundry, kitchenette, full bathroom, living room and bedroom. All furniture and appliances are brand new for our guest to enjoy. 2 people sleep in the queen size bed in the bedroom. 1 person can sleep on the convertible futon in the living area. When the futon is opened and converted into a bed, the measurement is 42 x 70 inches. Guests will be provided with the new personal door keypad code. This unit is in laws unit attached to my family house. It has it’s own entrance, a kitchenette, small living room, own laundry with washer and dryer, full bath, Wi-Fi, TV with Netflix, TV box with more than 500 channels, and own thermostat. The futon opens to 42x70 inches. Please check if the third person will fit and will be comfortable to sleep on the futon. We have provided a 4 inches futon mattress, bedsheets, pillows and blanket.
