The water! This amazing water flows from natural hot springs and is some of the best in the world! It has drawn folks to this area for centuries, and you’ll find this wonderful water in your loft! We’re located on Central Avenue in Hot Springs' historic bathhouse and art district with its beautiful architecture, charm, and art galleries. In 2014, Central Avenue was named one of the 10 best streets in the country! You will be in the immediate vicinity or within very easy walking distance to all this neighborhood has to offer. You can rent a horse-drawn carriage and take it all in quietly, or stroll the beautiful shaded promenades surrounding the bathhouses. Central Avenue is nestled between two "mountains" and both make for great hiking. Use our bicycles to explore the neighborhood or the cool bike trail following the creek through town. The activity on the street adds to the excitement, but the natural setting makes it all calm and relaxing. People are friendly, helpful, and easy-going. Whether visiting for business or pleasure, you'll be in the perfect location to enjoy it all.

Even though you'll be able to walk to almost everything you want to do, arriving from the airport and grocery shopping will be easier with your own vehicle. Free parking is provided.
