Resort grounds were clean and offered a relaxed time. Beach was nice at high tide. At low tide lots of rocks. Resort Wifi worked ok at about 5 Mbps and the caretakers on site let me set up my Starlink so everyone could do their own online stuff. Fresh fish available in the morning from local fishermen. We had a car so getting into Sablyan town was about a 15 min drive if something was needed. Kitchen had a gas stove, pans, ref and normal appliances a modern kitchen would have. Bedrooms had aircon but the water heater in the shower was inop supposedly from a lighting strike and power surge. Generator was available for typical province power outages. Had a family gathering with letchon and typical filipino foods and everyone had a good time.

This accommodation in Sablayan, Occidental Mindoro is the perfect place to stay. It offers spacious air-conditioned rooms with two comfortable beds, a dedicated T&B, smart TV, and reliable WIFI access. The well-equipped kitchen includes kitchenware, a refrigerator, microwave, and stove. Beyond its reasonable cost, this place exceeds expectations, providing a delightful experience. Guests can enjoy a refreshing swim in the beautiful pool or take a dip in the stunning sea right in front of the property. For added entertainment, there are billiards and ping pong options available. Personally, I highly recommend this accommodation to friends and relatives due to its outstanding quality. The excellent hospitality provided by Edna and Rick (Jay's parents) truly enhances the overall experience. Additionally, there is a designated parking area for guests who arrive by car. The city center, which offers banks, Jollibee, and more, is conveniently located just a 10-15 minute drive away.

Jay is the Airbnb host and will guide you through everything you will need to do. I had not expected what we found upon arrival. It was beautiful in the pictures and even more so once there. We were greeted by the family and they immediately welcomed us to their home. They attend to every need that you may have and ensure every aspect of your stay is taken care of. There are two bungalows that are spacious, comfortable and clean as can be. Right out the door is the private beach. Fresh fish from local fishermen if you go to the beach early. A pool. Not a hot tube but a pool with fountains, lights and a beautiful blue color. The kitchen has everything you will need and immediately outside is the dining area for family and friends. There is a pool table and ping pong table and if you dare Karaoke. All day and all night. We swam, snorkeled and took advantage of the local attractions. I cannot say enough about Jay, his family and the resort. We will return. Thank you Jay and family.
