Overall we were happy with our stay. The price was hundreds cheaper for a 3-night stay than the hotel that was recommended to us downtown. I read almost all of the reviews before booking, so I wasn’t surprised about anything when I got there. The place is not super safe to walk around at night because of unhoused people in close surrounding areas, however we felt fine walking around during the day together. Not sure I’d recommend for a single woman. It was a very easy walk to get to downtown activities and restaurants in Spokane. We did not have a rental car, so parking was not an issue for us, but if we did then it would have been annoying. There was trash left behind underneath the bed, crumbs on the placemats, smudges on the fridge doors, and some hair left in the bathroom on the floor. I messaged the host and it’s possible this was due to new housekeepers. The bed was very firm but we found it comfortable and they have nice Serta pillows. Extremely easy check in/out.

The hosts were wonderful. The space was clean and comfortable. Price was very reasonable. Would definitely recommend!

This studio looked just like it did in the photos! It is a short 10-15 min walk straight to the convention center and downtown area with shops and restaurants, too. If you’re really sensitive to noise, the highway could be heard pretty well at times, but it quiets down at night. Overall, a great location and stay for the price!

Sketchy area of town, I was followed twice, my car window was smashed and things were stolen. Did not feel safe, the decor is awful. There was trash left behind in the place when I got there. There was gross water leaking from the air vent in the bathroom. All in all terrible place. I got a new airbnb after day 1 and did not stay my whole week I paid for, they do not offer refunds for cancels so I didn’t bother canceling it. Says it’s down town and close to things but it’s not close to anything you would want to be close to.

Overall good spot. Comfortable room. Responsive host. Downtown convenience. Diamond parking lot, you scan a QR code to park. Parking is very close to building back entrance. We felt fairly secure but lots of homeless around. We were safe and there were no threats but they’re everywhere. I’d stay there again. Cute room with a full kitchen. Firm bed. Loved the exposed brick. Charming furnishings. Thank you Choice Spaces.
