Toss bean bags. Plenty of parking space. Enjoy a cup of coffee on the extra large deck. Explore nearby lakes, beaches, state parks, golf courses, ATV/UTV/snowmobile trails. Paper towel, toilet paper, laundry and dishwasher pods, dryer sheets, garbage bags, dish sponge, dish soap, regular soap, coffee/tea and coffee syrups. Salt & Paper. Gas grill (propane provided). Fire pit -one bundle of wood for bonfire provided-you can get additional wood at the gas station. Three duraflame logs provided for inside fire place. There are no refunds for appliance failure (including air conditioning), utility failure, internet failure or circumstances beyond our control, including weather. Mowing in the summer-there is a mowing service throughout the summer, there is always a chance they will show up during your stay, and their services can take up to one hr. Snow removal in the winter-there is a snow removal thorough the winter, there is always a change they will show up during your stay, and their service can take up to one hr. The property requires stairs and may be difficult for guests with limited mobility. Children must be monitored. Garage is not for guest use. 2 closets in the family/game room are private and not for guest use. Green gas stove in the loft AREA not for guest use.
