Perfect private house for 2 families. Just right size for 6 people total including 4 adults, 1 teenager and 1 young adult. Lovely hammock available inside. Nice furniture, new fridge, big organized closets and great AC's in bedrooms. Great location in San Miguel and convenient mini mart at gate entrance and friendly neighbors. Do need to change bottom bunk bed mattress. No good back support and makes noise with every movement. Very dusty fans and lots of spider webs throughout the house. Laundry room light bulb flickers, needs to be changed. Bathrooms had plumbing issues with toilets and sinks, could get upgraded. In the main master bedroom with own bathroom, there were 3 wet spots on ceiling that should get checked out sooner than later. Overall, my family visited 4 other homes in the same area, blocks away from this airbnb and in comparison, we were thankful to be in this home during our 6 day stay in wonderful department of San Miguel!

This place is great, it could use a bit of love to make it nicer. It would be a good idea to specify there is no AC in the living room, as hot as the city is, they should clearly state it, or install one AC system for the living room. They provide fans and it helps, but is not enough. Otherwise the place is great, not too big, not too small, just perfect. Besides the AC issue, I would not hesitate to book this property again.
