Where do I begin? Accra can be very testing when it comes to accommodation. So finding this GEM in the heart of spintex was nothing short of a miracle. First of all you are greeted with friendly warm loving & very honest staff members Millicent and Issac, & in the evening Richard makes sure you are safe during the night because he guards the gate. The staff here don't do things out of money, it's from the heart, I've never met any staff who go above & beyond to make sure that you receive comforts guidance & most importantly any issues are immediately resolved. I love Issacs quiet but very comforting nature. Millicents laugh is so infectious & will turn any sad day into a very happy one. Richard has more patience than a priest. Lol Also, there is a new waterpark next door so the children will love it here! Edward was very responsive although he was overseas, but to be honest we didnt need him much cos his staff are BRILLIANT! Will I stay here again? Well, is the sky blue? Of course!
Edward's place was amazing, calm, peaceful, and private. The location is pretty close to the main road towards the airport and easy to get public transport to the centre of Accra. The caretakers are very caring and always schecking if everything is okay. This was our second stay there, and we definitely would like to stay there when next in Ghana.

The place was spacious and did exactly what I needed it to do during my stay. Any issues that we had Mr. Isaac was ready and willing to help get the job fixed. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Felt right at home. I must warn you tho Spintex traffic is a different kind of thing lol but you’ll eventually get use to it and learn how to manage your travel time. I would definitely recommend this listing and definitely book again. I travel to ghana three times a year so who knows ❤️
Wir sind sehr freundlich aufgenommen wordenund es wurde uns immer geholfen wenn wir Fragen hatten.Das Appartment wahr großzügig und gut eingerichtet.Das einzigste was wir zu bemähngeln hätten wahr das in und auf den Schräncken noch teilweise Staub und Spinnweben wahren.Ansonsten wahren wir vollkommen zufrieden und würden jederzeit wiederkommen

Akwaaba Our rental units are centrally located @Spintex Road neighbourhood, close to shops and facilities offering an authentic Accra/ Ghana experience. Our entrance is directly opposite Matcare Pharmacy, Otu-Adzin Road, Spintex, Accra.There are many amenities - restaurants, groceries shops, pharmacies all within walking distance of the Apartments and Villas. Getting around is very easy with Uber, Bolt and local taxis all operating from the location. Please check out our Guide book for more details. Electricity - This is supplied by top up credit to all units . This is a standard practice in many residential homes in Accra, Ghana. We provide electricity credit to get you started for at least a day thereafter, the guest tops up as they wish- Staff are on hand to help with the process of topping up/buying credit from third party companies.This model allows us to offer fair and reasonable rates benefiting guests . Same top up process applies for Data for Wifi . Location - Our residential self-catering units are situated conveniently @ Spintex Road neighbour close to shops, restaurants, grocery shops, Local Market (Texpo) and Junction Mall. This means you do not need to leave the area to access convenience and leisure. The complex always have friendly staff on hand to provide assistance as required. The neighbourhood epitomises everything that Ghana offers- fresh fruits, local food, beaches nearby ( short travel away), friendly people and many more!!
