My family and I had a great weekend stay at James’ place. The home was exactly as described and was very well taken care of. As a host, James was always available to answer my questions and made communication very easy. I would definitely recommend staying at his place in the future!

Traveling for work, by myself, I had a very relaxing time at this place. The house has plenty of room, a good kitchen with nice appliances, and a back yard that I would have enjoyed if it wasn't raining. The neighbordhood is quiet and peaceful. I travel with my PS4 and the TV in the living room is quite nice. (Good HDR, for all you nerds who want to know.) The hosts were communicative, clear, and helpful.
We always love staying at James ‘s places. They’re absolutely beautiful. They’ve set up super cute. The host is absolutely so easy to communicate and always helps anytime anything happens. Would recommend stay at any of his places
This was the perfect stay for our short time in Richmond! The house was beautifully decorated, cozy and the playground across the street was perfect for our little one. We felt very safe in the neighborhood and were relatively close to all activities we chose. We highly recommend visiting the Botanical Gardens while you’re there! James and Melissa were fantastic, friendly and very communicative hosts — we appreciated all their recommendations and quick response time. The only things we felt were missing for us were a rocking chair & blackout curtains for nap time, but we understood that’s pretty specific to families with young kids and other than that it was perfect!

Our home is located in a quiet neighborhood, yet a short drive to many delicious restaurants and a lot of shopping. Close to Scott's Addition, Carytown, Short Pump and all the fav spots in Richmond!
