Cottage was clean and cozy. Exactly as described. 2nd bedroom is really more for kids, more difficult for older adults to get into with the metal ladder for the top bunk. Overall excellent place for our quick visit to Knox, IN. Much better than staying in a hotel.

My two college age sons and husband and I truly enjoyed ourselves at this super cute and comfortable home. Lots of water toys and bikes and other recreational items to use. Very clean home and surroundings; great patio and pier and possible use of other floaties. Highly recommend!
