The room and price were good. The listing had indicated the Wi-Fi was provided as an amenity. Like with other Airbnb's I've stayed in, I expected to get instructions on how to access the Wi-Fi before check-in and none was provided. The front desk of the resort gave me instructions on how to purchase internet from them. I was surprised, as I assumed based on the listing that it was included. I wanted clarification from Extra Holidays. As they have no contact number, I sent the several messages with no response. I paid the internet which was only $16. and later Airbnb informed me Extra Holidays does not include internet.

it was very roomy, kitchen well equipped. comfortable, close to stores, casinos.

Everything was nice and the location was perfect for us. Very reasonably priced

I booked 2 months before my trip and the day of I got canceled on while I was driving to the location. I’m assuming there wasn’t communication with the actual hotel about availability. Thankfully they were able to accommodate me for another room that was even more amazing than the original hotel, but it was 35 minutes away (over the mountains) from my original desired location.

There have been some concerns about double booking by Extra Holidays. I made sure to call the location several times to confirm reservation. I also don’t book during peak travel time.
