Enjoy the warmth of this charming accommodation, quiet and central, in the heart of the sought-after North neighborhood of La Plata, with free parking at the door of the apartment. Modern building, few units, facing the street, very bright. Excellent distribution, 2 balconies: 1 in front, social area and another in the quiet part of the building, private sector. Parquet floor, individual boiler heating. We have chosen every detail carefully so that your stay is very pleasant. The apartment surprises you with a large balcony in front, ideal for enjoying a coffee in winter or a drink on warm spring-summer nights. A spacious living room, with comfort details, Smart TV and some interesting books related to La Plata and Argentina. Kitchen, fully equipped. Very comfortable bathroom. Laundry with tender. And a bedroom facing the rear, very quiet, which has the option of a double bed or two singles, crowned by another large balcony that is very sunny for much of the afternoon.

El departamento de Gabriela es super cómodo. Fuimos cuatro personas y todas dormimos super bien, el internet funcionaba perfecto y la cocina y el baño estaban impecables. Gaby es una gran anfitriona, nos mandó recomendaciones de cosas para hacer en La Plata, estuvo pendiente de todo lo que necesitábamos y fue super flexible con el tema de horarios de check-in y check-out. Muy recomendable!

Tanto Gabriela como Eloy son super amables y atentos. Cuando tuve que contactarlos respondieron al instante, el depto es exactamente como la publicación, muy bonito, cómodo, bien equipado. La ubicación es perfecta, cerca de todo, zona tranquila pero con todos los comercios necesarios alrededor. Tuve que cambiar el horario de salida por una cuestión personal y estuvieron super dispuestos. Muy recomendable

Recibimos un trato como si nos conocieramos de toda la vida y fuésemos familia. Gabriela hizo todo para que nos sintiésemos en casa, no sólo en lo que respecta al departamento sino también esforzándose para recomendarnos las mejores actividades para los niños, todo con mucho amor y profesionalidad. Located in the heart of the traditional Barrio Norte of La Plata, one of the most categorized areas of La Plata.
Very close to the shopping center (13' walk at a normal pace), the train station (9') and the bus station (4'), at the same time it is a very quiet and elegant area.
It has several supermarkets and other businesses selling food a few meters away. On the same block, next to the building, is the Club Mayo restaurant, which offers excellent value for money.

The apartment is located 300 meters from Avenida 7, the main street of La Plata, where all the bus lines pass to move within the City and surroundings.
Being located in the historic center of the City, the distances to the main points of interest are relatively short.
The Rector's Office of the National University of La Plata and many of its faculties are a 12' walk away. Plaza Moreno, the Municipal Palace and the Cathedral, 22'.
The Paseo del Bosque is 20' away, as is the Estadio Uno, of the Estudiantes de La Plata Club, while the gymnastics field is 25' away. And 30' from the Estadio Único, Diego Armando Maradona.
For those who travel by car, there is free parking at the door of the building.
