Home was very close to the ocean, surrounding restaurants, local attractions, etc. Host is very nice and responsive. Home could use updates and some structural work.

The host was kind enough to allow an early checkin. The location is perfect, a dash way from the beachfront. But the house is very dated.

Loved the furniture's. most everything was new and good quality. The place is very spacious and very good for a large group. The only issues were the dinning room light was not working and there is a water dripping on the front patio that needs to be fixed. The washer and dryer is new and came very handy for us. The grill area is really awesome but it could get dark at night since there isn't enough light in the shared area. The shared pool is nice to have, especially if you have younger kids who don't want to rest after coming back from the beach. Overall the place is great. I would stay here again.

Bruce is a courteous and responsive host. This house was ideally located for our needs. We comfortably slept 7 and while cooking for 7 in the kitchen was difficult the space overall was comfortable.
