Staying at this cottage was an absolute dream. My boyfriend and I visited to see Dublin and celebrate Saint Patrick’s day. This residence was just far enough away to enjoy the countryside but get to the city relatively easily. We mainly took taxis in and out of town. You will need to give yourself some time to order the taxi if you have a scheduled tour in the city just in case you have to wait for a driver. We used the app Free Now and it was really easy. The bus stop was also a good walk up the road. Although it was full due to the holiday, it was a viable and cheaper option. The place itself had everything we needed for our stay and was the perfect spot. Very comfortable and homey. Was bittersweet to leave, but would definitely stay again.
