Location was perfect. Peaceful. House was as described and kitchen was well appointed. Fast internet and a 70” TV. Will book again for next year.

We stayed at Kathryn’s place for a large family gathering in KY. The place is beautiful, with plenty of room for the whole family. The fire pit was great and host to a lot of laughter and late night discussions. Nice big table for family meals! Would definitely recommend.

This home was absolutely perfect! It was verh clean and matched the description to a T. We traveled from Indiana and Ohio to watch my niece graduate. It comfortable slept 7 adults and 4 kids and plenty of room to gather and hang out. Kathryn is very responsive and made the process very easy. I will 100% be booking again when we come to the area.

Communication with Kathryn couldn’t have been better! She responded quickly and every time I messaged with a question! She sent helpful reminders as our date got closer. The place was spacious and homey. There was plenty of room to park our trucks and trailers. Perfect place to stay. We’d love to come back!
