We LOVED the accomodations!!! ABSOLUTELY recommend! ABSOLUTELY would give more stars if possible! ABSOLUTELY will stay again if available! ABSOLUTELY wonderful host! The ocean views! From the CLOSE proximity to the beach and pier to the short drives to the MB attractions, this was our best stay yet in MB! Thanks for the grand time!
I will start off by saying that the condo was beautiful and had a great view! After arriving, we found that there was a pretty bad water leak in the kitchen ceiling. I sent a message to let them know of the issue. Later that night, they sent a maintenance worker to look at it, who was not able to fix it. The big issue was with the building's fire alarm. The smoke alarm on our floor went off due to smoke but none of the alarms on the floor alerted residents of the fire alarm. We only found out about it after walking to the elevator. Someone told us we needed to leave the building and the elevators did not work so we had to take the stairs. After the fire alarm issue, we did not feel safe staying there the rest of our trip and asked for a refund due to the safety issues. The host denied responsibility and would not issue a refund even after photos and videos were provided. Airbnb customer service was able to rectify the situation for us after the host stopped responding to messages.

The place was nice and it did have a beautiful view of the ocean. The renters agreement that I had to sign was a bit much.
