Glenshee Annexe is a peaceful property situated just a 5 minute walk from Oban town centre, with the train station, bus station and ferry terminal all within a short walking distance. You will have free off street private parking. When we have some shine, there is a table and chairs for you to sit at, enjoy the piece and quiet. You will have your own private entrance, kitchenette, living space, king size bed and shower room. The annexe is attached to our home. Glenshee Annexe is recently renovated to a high standard featuring an open plan kitchenette/living area. The kitchenette is equipped with a countertop hob, combination microwave/oven/grill. Undercounter fridge and icebox. Glasses, crockery etc is all included for a relaxing break, a home away from home. A seating area to either enjoy a glass of wine, a workspace or for you to dine. The living area features a comfortable seating area, 52” smart TV. High speed broadband throughout. The bedroom sits off the living space featuring a king size bed, open wardrobe for clothing/hanging jackets etc and drawer space. Off the bedroom there are en-suite facilities hosting a mains mixer shower, WHB and toilet. Glenshee is off set from the road and is very peaceful with garden views. You are a short walk to Oban Golf Club/Course as well as all other local attractions. You are a short 5 minute walk to the centre of Oban but have the peace and tranquility of the hustle and bustle.
