Our 3 family party of 11 flew in for a wedding and was looking for place in the Arrowhead neighbourhood in Glendale and found this gem of a place . Large and spacious with great amenities (pool, games, beautiful back yard) that kept everyone entertained. The Host was always responsive and accommodating of our requests as we were at maximum occupancy. We thoroughly enjoyed playong cornhole, table tennis, snooker and lying around the pool. Thank you for letting us use your home.

The host's negligence and lack of empathy made our stay our worst AirBnB experience to date. Here are the issues we faced: 1) The pool fence, advertised as a safety feature, was nonexistent upon arrival, leaving our children vulnerable for three days until it was installed – with holes, no less! T 2) The hot tub was broken for the entire stay, and the host didn't make much of an effort to fix the issue or answer our messages to do so. 3) Communication with the host, Bart, was subpar, and he didn't apologize or proactively follow up on the problems we faced. 4) The property is not in great shape and made us question the host's commitment to basic maintenance (i.e. there are are large gaps in the faux wood flooring). DO NOT book this Airbnb. You will regret it. I know problems happen, however the host's inaction and apathy have left a sour taste in our mouths to the degree of us not wanting to book an AirBnB in the future.

We were unable to stay at this house and were fully refunded. Outside of arriving to the cleaners frantically cleaning from unruly previous guests, the pictures are not accurate. The carpet and furniture needs completely replaced, there are large gaps in the faux wood flooring, it has an odor - just in really poor condition. This is the first time I’ve experienced this with around a dozen rentals.
