His place was very clean and plenty of room for our 7 people. It is actually 2 apartment that are on separate floors. Plenty of storage and kitchen was well stocked. Great outdoor area to sit and enjoy coffee or cook out if you wanted. Not really any stores or restaurants to walk to and it’s about a 15 minute drive to downtown Regensburg. This sits right beside the lumber yard which could be a little noisy if windows are open. Better than a hotel for sure. Sidewalks all around to go for a walk. Great place for a group to stay at. We relaxed and watched Netflix at night and enjoyed coffee he had in the morning. Overall Stelian was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had.

Was really looking forward to this place, but it’s been nothing but a nightmare since checking in/out. Pulled up to the house that was apparently a part of a working lumber Mill and Janitorial company. Stelian provided the code for the lock box, but the keys and lock system were very odd. The locks needed to be greased or something because the knobs were difficult to turn and the key fobs were very inconvenience for EVERY door. After settling in, beds were uncomfortable and quite loud. Lots of space for our group, which was helpful, but we quickly learned others (likely in the Janitorial business on the 1st floor) had access to the house during our stay. There was no separate secure entrance to the apartments on the 2nd floor. Lastly, after check out we were accused of breaking a door. We had accidentally forgot to return 2 keys upon leaving, as there are TWELVE door keys of which I have since mailed back. If you stay here, take a video of the place before leaving. Yikes.

Die Unterkunft von Stelian hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen, es gab einen wunderbaren Außenbereich und auch Innen war alles sauber und gepflegt.

Wir waren mit insgesamt vier Familien in Stelians Unterkunft. Es war alles super. Kommunikation etc. Das Haus ist mehr im Industriegebiet gelegen, mit dem Auto ist man aber sofort an vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Hat alles gepasst, würden wieder buchen. Ilona
