On Check-in day, I saw an old message from Danilla asking me to cancel the reservation. the place is listed on multiple platforms and she overbooked. I hadmit that I was extremely upset and I was rude with Danilla on the phone after she claimed that it was my fault for not seeing the message, which I find unreasonable as a guest, once I have a confirmation. She likely wanted to avoid cancellation costs. She also threatened me saying in her own words :" I´ll cancel and leave you without accommodation if you don´t cooperate... In the end they "offered" to host us for only 3 out of 6 nights. I had to find an expensive last-minute option in another city, because Bologna was full due to the book fair. About the hostel, Instead of the "tiny house," that I booked, we got 2 rooms in a hostel. I never saw Danilla in person and the staff didn´t even allow me to leave my lugagge in the reception before our flight. All these ruined my holiday experience. Stay away from here if you can.

Je n'ai jamais rencontré de personne s'appelant Danila, en revanche j'ai été très bien reçu par Ilona qui a été compréhensive et très professionnelle. Merci à elle.
