Would recommend this place to anyone! Could not have asked for a nicer or cleaner place! All of the amenities and gorgeous pool overlooking the beach! Most comfortable and nicest beds I’ve seen in an airbnb! It was heaven! So much nicer than the other place we stayed!!!! You won’t regret staying here!!!

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend Juan’s apartment for families. We traveled with our elementary school age kids and the location was perfect; the infinity pool has a stunning view, there is a playground in the complex and there were a grocery store and plenty of restaurants close by. The complex is quiet which we found to be perfect because after a long day our kids were able to sleep without any interruption from loud parties or other noise. The photos are very accurate and the space itself is modern, clean and well kept. We also appreciated little touches like brand new soap in the showers, a fresh sponge in the kitchen and plenty of paper towels/toilet paper. Also for a family the large refrigerator and washer dryer were crucial amenities! Juan was very responsive and happy to offer recommendations. We stayed here but drove to surf in Isabella daily (which was very doable) and explored Rincón two of the days.

Juans place felt like home. It was clean, comfortable, and close to all things and places we needed during our stay. I will be back.
