In Sivanis we invite you to experience the simple bliss of Paros Island, A Brand new complex with 14 apartments and a luxurious pool, each apartment reflects the laid back elegance of Cycladic style with spacious, open-plan interiors formed of earthy colours and soft textures, fully equipped and designed for full relaxation. And the location... couldn't be better, literally steps away from Agioi Anargyroi sandy beach and within an easy 7 minutes walk to Naoussa center. Gaia 3 upper floor apartment in the Gaia building offers a stunning sunset view of the famous church of Naoussa. The building, with its grey shutters, is located in front of the pool and has just four apartments. Start your day with a swim in the pool and coffee on the balcony, all from the comfort of your apartment Gaia 3 & Hera 6 doors are in front of each other In the apartment One king size bed(180/200), bathroom with shower, a fully equipped kitchenette and a lounge area with 2 single sofa beds(260/85, 185/85) suited for one adult or 2 small kids, a spacious terrace to spend your morning coffee and your evenings gazing the stars *we do not recommend this apartment for 4 adults. We have 9 parking spaces available for our guests, and please note that our parking area is not private, so parking is on a 'first come, first served' basis." In consideration of the environment, we change towels every 3 nights in a stay of 5 nights or more, and linens after 6 nights in a stay of 8 nights or more.

Tout était parfait! C’est très calme mais à quelques minutes à pieds des restaurants, magasins etc Nous avons adoré l’hébergement et l’emplacement! Nous reviendrions sans hésiter!
Sivanis’s place is 5 stars all the way! It is a new building with 14 rentals with a beautiful pool. I will add that walking to the port is so easy. No need to walk on main roads. It’s actually shorter to walk than to drive. The place was very clean well appointed and the water was very hot (not always the case here in Greece!) Everyone was so nice owner, host and cleaning ladies! Loved Nouasa more than Parikia!
Great and spacious! Walkable to town and beaches. Market directly across the street. Our comforter and sheets had an awful and strange smell but there was a spare in the closet that we used and swapped into. I think the space is also short term or long term living so there were quite a few families with young kids. This was fine if you are ok with noise past quiet hours or are traveling with a family yourself.
I’ve been lucky to travel all over the world at some incredible Airbnb’s but Sivanis was truly something special. The location, privacy, proximity to restaurants, and the waterfront— and, most important the quality, and luxury of the location; incredible. The rooms were masterfully designed in the Cycladic style. Our room, the common pool and lounge area felt like a quiet perfectly planned little 5 star luxury resort. Anytime I return to Paros we will be staying here. Unforgettable.

In the lovely village of Naoussa you'll find taverns and cafes, lively bars and nightclubs. The main square offers everything you need in terms of buses and ATM machines. To get to Naoussa center, you'll get out of Sivanis and turn left, walk until you'll see RIDE shop( for scooters etc'), there you'll turn right, til you'll see the big church "Kimisis Theotokou", walk down the stairs and youre in the center.
