The host was extremely unhelpful when I asked questions before I arrived, either ignoring them or telling me to search it myself. I was told to arrive and then contact them. I did and they didn’t reply for ages. So I left and came back later. The girl told me to “wait for a while” for her to contact her boss. I told her that’s not good enough and she promptly showed me to my capsule… good, but why do I have to beg for it…? Tried to ask some people about things like where to park my bike and where to dry my shoes. Always got very vague answers. Basically, they don’t know anything… Toilet and kitchen are very dirty. Capsule is ok but no socket to charge laptop, and the USBs don’t have enough power to charge my phone. WiFi is good. Overall, overpriced for what you get.
