This place is fantastic if you want to bike, hike or just get outside. Close to town and feels remote. Right next to trail access and has everything thing you need to clean, maintain, and store your bike. Great living area for socializing with large group. This is the perfect place for large group bike trip!

We loved staying here. It was a group of 20 people for a metal detecting getaway. The property is gorgeous. The bathrooms were very clean. Minor Cons: not having a sink indoors was a bit inconvenient. It worked out nonetheless. The oven cooks the top much more quickly than the bottom so it is easy to burn your food before the inside is fully cooked. It also worked out anyway. Tinfoil is your friend. The bunk room is a bit father back than we anticipated but it was what we expected otherwise. It has a lovely little creek that flows by and is super shooting. Even when it rains, the pitter patter on the metal roof with put you to sleep. The owners were always very responsive and helpful. Very friendly and hospitable. I would absolutely recommend this property. We travel all over to metal detect. Typically, we don't go back to the same property, but the hosts were so lovely we've already talked about going again in the future. 10/10 Recommend!p

Our club stayed at the Kingdom Farm Lodge for Rasputitsa and it was a fantastic experience. Great accommodations for a large cycling group, and everything was clean, organized, and super cool rustic vibes. Phenomenal views from the barn as well. Jessi was extremely responsive & helpful in all of our communications. Perhaps the most impactful element of the entire experience was when I asker her what we needed to do for checkout: nothing, just leave all the keys. That was an extremely refreshing moment, seeing how it's more & more commonplace to be met with experiences that are riddled with rules, fees, and to-do's for the guests. Generally I feel if I pay a cleaning fee, I shouldn't also have to do 90% of the cleaning. Jessi seems to understand that sentiment as well. Good on you Jessi. Highly recommend.
