terrible. worst experience. confusing set up with the key. accidents are bound to happen and instead of fixing the actual problem that she created she just makes a stupid rule that you have to pay extra if you do make an honoust mistake bc of her confusing set-up. Nobody made a problem of the confusion, no extra services were needed, yet she still found it necesary to fine me to get extra money. incomprehensible. pure greed.

I really liked the architecture of the house, it's spacious and has high and interesting ceilings. The apartment lies in a nice and authentic neighbourhood. Unfortunately the apartment was not clean but that's maybe because I booked quite spontaneously. It also didn't quite resemble the photos. I can recommend it though, as it's very good value and if you need a bit of space and privacy (I was the only one in the apartment though, that can change). Thank you!
