Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway in Burghill, Ohio (aka Hartford) the exposed beams of this 1850 home are beautiful! The 7” red oak floors were restored & the vaulted ceiling w cedar beams & fireplace make for a great place to relax, read, or watch the game. 3 bedrooms upstairs. 1st: Queen bed. 2nd & 3rd: Full bed. 3 min. to Hartford Hill Winery 5 min. to Big Oak Meadows 9 min. to Tiffany’s Banquet Ctr 12 min. to Mosquito Lake (Cortland) 16 min to Niles 16 mi to Sharon There's a large kitchen island with three stools so you can make breakfast and share a good meal together. 5 additional seats at the dining table. The exposed beams that are 170 years old are just fantastic!

Hartford Cottage was wonderful. Very quaint and rustic, but with all the needed amenities. We loved it, and would definitely recommend it.

This place is awesome! It was only 8 minutes away from Shallow Creek Kennels, which is where I was training at. The house is nice and cozy and a great place to relax. It worked out perfect.
