SPACIOUS DESIGN LIVING ROOM This is the living core of Casa Madroño - the place to relax & enjoy life after a nice walk, golf session, run, bike ride or touristic visit in the area FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN A fully equiped kitchen with two ovens, induction plates, Jura coffee machine and quiet diswasher let's you enjoy the pleasure of delicious cooking - and turns eating into an art SMART TV, WIFI, INTERNET Unlimlited fast internet in combination with flawless Wifi throughout the Villa and a large screen smart tv allows to enjoy your preferred movie, stay connected with your friends, ... or run your business remote. GARDEN, OUTDOOR LOUNGE & PRIVATE HEATED POOL WITH JETSTREAM The garden is composed of 2 dining tables, an outdoor living room, a BBQ, 2 sun loungers and a private heated pool with jetstream allowing you to swim when you want or need it. If you come at during the year, please specify if we need to pre-heat it. BIKES We offer one racing and one mountain bike for rent at no additional cost. In addition, several shops neary offer high quality bikes for rent at affordable rates GARAGE The house also has a large closed garage, which can accommodate a car as well as bicycles, or other car, sports or garden accessories.

Problem with the stated address and issues with the lamps in the basement. We couldn’t turn them off the first night which meant sleeping in a fully lit room. Apart from this, our stay was great and the house is beautiful

Lovely place to stay in a wonderful setting. The whole of Las Colinas is spotless as was the accommodation. We found everything there we needed and felt very comfortable stopping there. Right from being greeted the communication was great and we would definitely recommend to others and come back ourselves. Thank you
House is really nice and on a fantastic golf course. The house was lovely and clean, the cooking facilities including a small BBQ and an amazing coffee machine. The pool was the perfect size We needed a COT and they went out their way to organise one. The garden and outside area was lovely and well maintained. Some great gadgets inside which were easy to use for shutters, alarms and air con. Two fridges so space is never an issue. The actual golf club - You can hire a buggy for €50 a day and use it to access the club house and local shop. The opportunities for us were: 1. The 4th Bedroom isn’t accessible through the house and you have to go outside to access it (we squeezed 8 into 3 bedrooms so to not have family feel isolated). This isn’t clearly explained. 2. Pool cover didn’t work (with kids we would have felt safer if it did) 3. It is an 8 bedroom Villa but only had 2 x sun loungers, not enough for the size.
