We loved our stay at the beautiful Headland House. The open plan family area/kitchen was airy and light filled with amazing views, especially the sunsets. We really loved that the family area didn’t have TV, it gave us quality distraction free family time. A beautifully maintained and furnished home that allowed us to enjoy our holiday with ease and relaxation. We had a wonderful time! Thank you 🙏🏻

I understand oz tag weekend in coffs and accommodation is hard to get but paying $6300 for 4 nights is obscene. Saying that, if the property was flawless it wouldn’t prompt a complaint but because of the price gouging we need to let future tenants know. The downstairs area ie bedroom,bathroom, pool table area and TV room is unlivable. It was Clean but the smell and dampness would be an asthmatics or someone with a respiratory conditions nightmare. The main living area was immaculately clean. Big kitchen and living room - no TV in living room FYI. Beautiful new wine glasses and cutlery along with a great kitchen. Outside area ie table was filthy and pool had leaves and branches etc in it as did the entire pool area. I doubt had been look at for a while as were fallen branches and weeds growing through the decking etc. Nice house but if your charging 1500+ for the night then the property should reflect that and sadly it didnt. Upstairs area basic but nice and clean and nice views

The actual home was beautiful especially at night. The cleaning and upkeep of the home was not well presented. The booklet is well out of date which was left my owners. Detail required about alarms. I fully understand that due to previous weather the yard was not up to date but it should have been looked at prior to our arrival. The pool needed to be cleaned. The ants running along the outside woodwork needed attention. The garage bin actually had magets which where still inside after it was emptied one day prior to our departure, it had not been for sometime that wss obvious. The location was excellent. What upset me more than anything was that my daughter and her partner and children travelled all the way from Victoria for a lifetime holiday. The issue with the fire alarm was extremely upsetting which i felt we where getting the blame for incidents out of our control. More care is required so people are felt that they are respected as paying customers. As i stated the home is lovely.

the house is amazing. Three levels with plenty of room for a group of friends or a family. Awesome big windows in the main living area to enjoy the views, close to beaches and shops and even has a swimming pool. This is the second time we have stayed there and we will be back next year.
