Villa Turaco🏝 situated in San Lameer estate is a great break away for families and couples. Kick back and relax in this modern & tranquil Villa. With always-on 5kva inverter power and fibre internet it is ideal for business and leisure travellers. Now with a 2000ltr Jojo tank with pressure pump. With access to 2 x Blue Flag beach, 18 Hole Championship golf course, 9 hole mashie course, tennis courts, bowling green, squash courts, gym, spa and much more. This is a destination for you! The Villa consists of 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms and main bedroom with en-suite. Open plan living area with kitchen, lounge and patio on the same level leading out to a well manicure garden situated in front of a dam. The Villa now offers always-on 5kva inverter with battery power, fibre internet together with a 2000ltr Jojo tank with pressure pump for power and water outages. Please note that high-load appliances, including the geyser and oven are not operational during load-shedding. Appliances connected to the inverter are the Tv, Wifi, Lights and a couple of plugs. Massive 75" TV offers DSTV, Netflix and Disney Plus to keep the enter family entertained.

lovely place, we had a wonderful time
Great location of the estate which is close to beach and mashie course.
Stay was good. All the basic kitchen equipment was available. Full ACs throughout the villa. The refrigerator was not on upon arrival and did not work well through the weekend, water was leaking from the freezer. All our food was spoiled. There is only one shower available. The tub was dirty. The pool was a Milky blue so could not use the amenity. The beach was super clean.
Great place, very comfortable. The staff are friendly. The Top Destinations team was also very responsive and helpful. Our stay was haste free. Would definitely recommend.
Good host, we had an agency check us in which was also friendly. Security is great, I forgot to close my drivers window woke up and everything was still as is in the car. Place is awesome beautiful downside all the bathrooms are upstairs. The whole area has a water problem but we had water and when load shedding striked we were covered with an invertor.

The villa is walking distance to the beach gate. The one Kilometer Marina Beach bordering the Estate is a beautiful sandy beach with an adjacent tidal pool. The Indian Ocean's warm Mozambique current guarantees year round pleasant sea bathing conditions. It is one of the country's few beaches with the distinctive “blue flag” status. The Blue Flag is an international annual award given only to those beaches that meet excellence in safety, amenities, cleanliness and environmental standards. The Marina Beach lifeguards are always in attendance and facilities are maintained in top-class standards throughout the year. Easy access for the disabled.
Parking space is available should you prefer to drive to the beach.
