The studio is newly renovated and is situated in an old building in average condition with very low-level maintenance.
The city of Saint-Denis is known for having low economical areas. Neighborhood may not be a fit for everyone. Use caution if you plan to explore the city and come or go late at night.
There is Carrefour supermarket conveniently located 5 minutes away where the closest Metro station is.
METRO/ACCESSIBILITY
- 1 minute from the T1 tramway
- 5 minutes to Metro line 13 (color light blue) station Basilique de Saint-Denis.
- For faster way to get in Central Paris, take the Metro line 13 and catch the connecting line 14 (color purple) at Marie de Saint-Ouen which is 3 stations away. Line 14 is fast, crosses Paris center and has many connecting lines to take you wherever you need.

9 minutes by public transport, 12 minutes by Uber, 25-minute walk.
Stade de France is located 5 stations away with 1 connection. Use the Tramway and the RER D (color green).

BY CAR: Paid street parking. Major highways and roads A1, A86, N1, N186.
BY PUBLIC TRANSPORT: Ticket single ride 1.90 euros and 1-day pass 13.60 euros zone 1-3. Studio is located in zone 3. Use RATP website to see Paris metro map and to calculate distance to your destinations.
To get to STADE DE FRANCE:
9 minutes by public transport, 12 minutes by Uber, 25-minute walk.
Take metro Line 13 (color light blue), station Saint-Denis Basilique, southbound in direction of Chatillon Montrouge. Exit next stop over at station Saint-Denis Porte de Paris. Walk 10 minutes to Stade de France.
OR
Take Tram T1 westbound in direction of Asnieres Quatre Routes from Saint-Denis Basilique station, exit 3 stops later at Saint-Denis station. From there, take the metro/RER, line RER D (color green) southbound in direction of Melun/Malesherbes. Station Stade de France is the next stop over.
To get to PARIS CENTER:
20-minute metro ride to Paris center (add walking time on top of ride time).
Take metro Line 13 (color light blue), station Saint-Denis Basilique, southbound in direction of Chatillon Montrouge. Exit at station Mairie de Saint-Ouen and take the connecting line 14 (color purple) southbound towards Olympiades. Line 14 crosses Paris centre from northwest to southeast and will take you anywhere you need to go or has many connected lines to help you get where you need to go.
