Fully renovated in 2021, the house is ideally located in the heart of Beg-Meil, in a charming family property overlooking the bay. On the sea side: the beach, directly accessible by a private staircase, and the Cale, 30m away, from where the boats leave for the Glénan islands or old Concarneau, opposite. Fancy a swim? Cross the garden, enjoy, then step back into the outdoor shower to warm up. On the village side (40m), cafés, bakery, "marché", restaurants, phamarcy... No need to take your car. Designed for 6 people, the house includes : - on the ground floor: a large living room (50m²) filled with sunlight, with large sofas and 10m of fully folding windows for the pleasure of being 'outside-in'; Focus open fireplace; kitchen area behind an island; bathroom with shower; WC; outdoor hot shower; laundry room (sink, washing machine, dryer...) - on the first floor: a large cathedral bedroom with triple exposure (east, south, west) and sea view (double bed 160x200), a bedroom with 2 single beds (80x200, convertible into a double bed on request), a bedroom with 2 single beds (80x190); a bathroom with bathtub and view on the bay; WC. Please note: the staircase, not protected by a barrier, is not suitable for very young children.

The house is wonderful and perfect for a couple or a family. It is an old house restored and decorated with a lot of taste. Even when it rains, it is very bright and cozy and it is settled into a beautiful garden with old trees. The open kitchen is perfectly equipped, and everything is neat and clean. From the house you can stroll into the village or follow the coastal path with its amazing sceneries. We had a fantastic stay, and Bruno is a great and attentive host.
Jolie maison, très bien équipée, idéalement située, au calme. Parfaite pour cette parenthèse en famille. Je recommande vivement !
Bruno's house combines the charm of the view on the bay and the proximity of the center of Beg Meil. The bakery and the harbor are accessible in 5 minutes. The house was recently renovated taste and is very convenient for a family.

The "Pointe de Beg-Meil" offers probably the most beautiful range of beaches in the whole of Brittany. On the bay side, magical coves, sheltered, safe, accessible on foot by the coastal path. On the ocean side, to the south towards the Glénan, 25km of fine sandy beaches, accessible by the GR34, the famous hiking trail, which passes just a few metres from the house, or by bike via an exceptional network of cycle paths crossing protected areas: Mousterlin marshes, Mer Blanche...
The village centre is 40 metres from the house. You will find a bakery, a market (Wednesday), restaurants (pancakes, seafood, take away...), shops, pharmacy, doctors... Supermarket at the entrance of the village.
30 metres away, the Cale de Beg-Meil, from where the shuttles leave for the Glénan or Concarneau, and where you can watch for the return of the fishermen. On the stall, depending on the day: langoustines, shrimps, crabs, sole, pout, red mullet...
Last but not least, Beg-Meil offers many sports resources. Initiation to sailing (children), diving (50 meters), or kite (900m). Paddle and kayak (50m). Kerlosquen tennis club at 500m (clay, wall, padel). Horse riding at 6km. Golf courses: 2 courses of 18 holes (10km). Legendary Pointe de la Torche (30km) for windsurfing enthusiasts.
Possibility to book a mooring right in front of the house.
Beaches, shopping, walks... Everything is accessible on foot from the house. Possibility of renting bicycles (please ask Beatrice) to take advantage of the numerous, amazing bicycle paths in the middle of nature. Bus stop at 50m for Quimper (railway station) via Fouesnant.
