We had a lovely stay with my family! A beautiful villa with an amazing view. It felt private despite being central and walking distance to restaurants, supermarkets etc. Space for a car on the driveway to explore the rest of the island. The host kindly met us on check in to run through the Airbnb. Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic stay in this well-equipped and very comfortable home on our first trip to Madeira. We appreciated that it feels like a home someone lives in vs a rental given the comfortable furniture, interesting and stylish decor and how well the kitchen is stocked with cookware, dishes, etc. Bruno showed us around and provided some excellent recommendations for restaurants. The large grocery store is a short drive from the house so we stocked up on breakfast items and snacks/beverages. We loved the little cafe on the waterfront and walked down for coffee a couple of times. We were busy with activities and touring the island most of our days but did find time to enjoy the pool. The sea views and lovely cool breeze were welcome as we returned home each day. Madeira is gorgeous and we would love to have another stay at Carla and Bruno’s home.

Very nicely decorated house with much attention to detail. Generously and very well equipped. Comfortable and spacious. Nice view. There's some noise from the steep road at the front of the house. The double glazed windows help with this. The stairs inside have no railing on one side and may not be suitable for very young children or the elderly. Communication with Carla on booking was very easy. We only met Bruno, her father, who was very helpful and accessible. Thank you Carla and Bruno!

The host greeted us on arrival - slightly late because of busy immigration and then a faulty rental car that had to be changed. He showed us round the apartment pointing out the main features etc. We enjoyed our stay here - our first time on Madeira. The apartment was great with good facilities.
