We had a very comfortable stay. Even though the apartment is outside city center, it is quite close to U Bahn station and therefore connectivity was absolutely not an issue. Apartment is located in a quiet residential area and houses with lawns and gardens….very nice. Kitchen towel, some coffee capsules, few ladles, dish wash tabs…could have made life easier. The house was super clean, Younan was very responsive to all our questions. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend the apartment.

Very clean apartment has all needed facilities in quite neighborhood, generous host and Younan was helpful and responsive and for sure I will be back

Exellent new apartment, big enough for family with 4 children. All beds and sofa are great for sleeping. You can also pay extra for parking place.

Younan hat innerhalb weniger Minuten geantwortet auf alle Fragen die wir hatten! Er war sehr freundlich und hat uns alles beim Check In gezeigt und erklärt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefuehlt. 5 Sterne von uns! Wir wissen,dass dieses Apartment noch nicht lange vermietet wird, vllcht ist die Kueche deshalb relativ simpel mit Equipment ausgestattet. Pfannenwender,Kochlöffel, Salz o. ä muss alles mitgebracht werden. Trotzdem waren wir sehr zufrieden. Danke Younan :)
