With 6 beds that sleep up to 8 people there's plenty of space for everyone to enjoy this amazing space! - THE PROPERTY - 1,856 Sq Ft | Newly Renovated | Covered Deck MAIN LIVING SPACE This upscale cabin is perfect for the whole family! Inside you'll be welcomed into a spacious entry/mudroom area to leave the outdoor fun from the day. The large family room has tons of comfortable seating to enjoy a crackling wood fire, play some board games, or watch your favorite team! Slide open the glass doors to walk out onto the covered deck with amazing views of Panguitch Lake. KITCHEN & DINING The gourmet kitchen has been recently renovated with beautiful stone countertops, new stainless steel appliances, and has everything you need to make your favorite meals. The dining table comfortably sits up to 6 people plus there's 4 seats at the kitchen counter. OUTDOOR LIVING The cabin is positioned on a 1.5 acre mountain-side lot with incredible views all around. Enjoy the fire pit while looking up at the crystal clear night skies. The covered deck has lots of seating for everyone and a propane grill. Step out onto the balcony of the master suite for the best views in the house! This is the second time I've stayed at the Perch, McKay was always responsive and helpful both stay's, I look forward to making a third trip in the future.
Host was very responsive, and gave us an upgrade. The property was in excellent condition, with an unmatched view of the lake.
We made some great memories at this beautiful cabin. There were a few hiccups because of weather and the last guest being able to check out. McKay worked with us to make things go as smoothly as possible. Please don't ignore the notes that this needs a 4-wheel drive and possibly chains in the winter. Even with 4WD we were sliding down the driveway a bit. You won't want to bring a trailer up the driveway at all especially in the winter. The corners are also tight. You will have to find a place to park it which could prove to be a challenge. We discovered that the resort may have paid trailer parking as an option if you call ahead and they have space. The jetted tub downstairs and steam shower upstairs are great features and it's the perfect setup for a family. The views are incredible. The water pressure isn't the best but that's to be expected to some degree. We stayed warm and the mud room helped keep dirt out of the main cabin which was great. Love that there were cable channels!
This location was unsafe for me and my family including two small children to get to and from which caused great distress and financial pain. The heaters don’t work properly and a very unsafe environment for its guests. Host was misleading, rude, threatening and offered no assistance.
My family and I had a wonderful & unforgettable stay at this cabin. The place is cozy,clean& well kept .The view of the frozen lake is amazing. McKay was very helpful, if you need any advise he is quick to respond. Just note to follow instructions, the location definitely need a 4WD. Highly recommended.
