The stay was great. My sons and I were comfortable. The place was clean- except the shower. Had plenty of items in the kitchen for cooking. Would have loved to have a mirror in one of the bedrooms, maybe extra towels and blankets. But we still had a great time. Stevens was very responsive and attentive. He was a great host. The place was comfortable. Loved the couch.

Area seemed sketchy at first but wasn’t too bad. The neighbors were nice the ones above the place were moving furniture around but besides that it was very quiet. Very clean the bath tub had some pieces starting to chip away but wasn’t terrible. The linens looked dated and there were no wash clothes in the bathroom. The unit had a slight smell of cigarettes when I first got there but once aired out it was great. Very close to base so made it easy to travel back and forth.
