We had a great stay at Peter’s place! The apartment was clean and comfy, had everything we needed to feel at home and have a great stay. The location is wonderful, lots of good coffee shops and restaurants close by and very close to the Old Port. Would recommend his place as a great option in Montreal!

My brother and I decided to splurge on our Montreal trip thinking that this apartment was going to be a pleasant and inspiring stay. That did not go as planned. Upon arrival, my brother was given the wrong code to access the apartment and was left outside for 45 minutes until Peter corrected his mistake. The apartment itself is totally and utterly soulless. Like someone just threw together a few items from IKEA. Props to the photographer who took photos of this place, cause they definitely look much better than the reality. Even there’s a “no shoes” in the apartment rule, the floor was still covered in a thin layer of dust that you could feel under your feet with every step. One redeeming quality of this lifeless dust box is its location. Right in the heart of Old Montreal which is incredibly charming. A shame that the apartment lacked any of that charm.

We had a 3 night stay and it was perfect. We enjoyed the location, close to wonderful bakeries and restaurants and walkable to many of the activities that we had planned. It's also very close to the metro. The flat is very comfortable, pristine and the heated toilet seat was a win with my two kids :-) Peter was responsive and provided great recommendations for a parking where I could leave my car for the duration of my stay. Thank you!
