Your beautiful double room with shower and toilet is located on the upper floor of our private building. The balcony with its beautiful view of the lake and the surrounding mountains invites you to relax. An extensive breakfast awaits you in the morning. The room facilities also include a kettle, fridge and TV. Coffee and tea are freely available for you to prepare yourself. The bathroom is equipped with a sink, shower and toilet. Bed linen, hand and bath towels are included. A ski cellar with boot dryer is available to our guests in winter. The surrounding ski areas Schmittenhöhe (7 minutes), Saalbach Hinterglemm (15 minutes) and Kitzsteinhorn (15 minutes) are in the vicinity and can also be easily reached with the free public transport. In summer, our guests like to use the cozy barbecue area with charcoal grill. The included Zell am See summer card (May 15 to October 31) offers you countless free opportunities to explore Zell am See and the beautiful surroundings. A boat tour on lake, a gondola ride to the Schmittenhöhe and the Kitzsteinhorn, admission to all the outdoor pools on the lake and the Krimml Waterfalls are among the highlights. Buses and trains can also be used free of charge in the region.
