We had an excellent stay!! We were traveling as a family of 5 (including 3 kids ages 8-13) and could not have asked for a better location. Literally 5 mins to Sloane Sq tube stop which connects you to all the top attractions within 15 mins. Also several small grocery stores within 5 mins walk. Beautiful, quiet, family friendly neighborhood plus great shopping, farmers markets, pubs etc. The flat was clean, well equipped, and had everything we needed for a weeks stay. The building is also incredibly quiet! No noise from neighbors or the street despite buses and traffic wizzing by at night. Only minor suggestions would be more seating or maybe a larger sofa in the living room area and the TV could be a bit bigger for the space. Otherwise really a perfect spot and I just hope it’s available again when we return in the future! Thanks

Accurate photos, great place. Check in they try to be helpful, but you need to agree a time for them to meet you - would much prefer a self check-in. Flat very clean, purpose-run for airbnb, so lots of empty cupboard/storage space. terrace great plus. Living room only has small 2-seater sofa if you care. Overall, great stay, only points of feedback - master bedroom had a vague musty smell. The 'welcome pack' of 3 diswasher tabs, 3 washing tabs was fine for a weekend stay but annoying for a week+. Had to go buy full sized packs as well as liquid soap, sponges, garbage bags, etc. Would be great to have more for longer stays. Toiletries nice touch, enough for a weekend. Note, there are 6 of everything, so if you wan to have a guest for dinner, they need to bring their own plate and silverware...

This is a fresh and beautifully decorated apartment in a lovely neighborhood. It was perfectly clean, the beds were inviting and comfortable and there were plenty of towels provided. Check in could not have been simpler and overall we had a great stay. There are a few functional issues, most notably that the main bath and shower is extremely ill-designed and inconvenient to use. The entrance to the shower is narrow and further restricted by the towel warmer. There is only about 12” of space to squeeze through to enter/exit. Both bathrooms lack any means of hanging towels, clothing or other items despite plenty of wall space. There are also no wall hooks in the bedrooms. Opening the bathroom door after showering set off the smoke detectors due to no exhaust fan. The “upstairs” bedroom access is slippery wood floors with no handrail. No paper towels or dish soap provided.

Lovely clean apartment in a fantastic location with quick access to both underground and overground train stations. Very responsive management team who dealt with queries promptly. Situated in a lovely neighbourhood, walking distance to shops and restaurants. Beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious.
