在有名的拉丁区，地点很安全便利，东西都很齐全，房东回复也及时。公寓跟照片一样，有2个独立的卫生间，和一个独立的淋浴房。从客厅到厨房和卫生间间要经过长长的通道，居住得很愉快。
Beautiful apartment perfect for our 3 generation family to spend a week in Paris. Walkable to so many sites and the RER/Metro. Apartment was easy to find. Theo was extremely responsive. My toddler loved the long hallway! Was really nice to have 2 separate toilet rooms. Would highly recommend!
This is a brilliant location for central Paris around Luxembourg gardens - ideal for a baby. Supermarket was close and we walked to great restaurants and shops. The place was spacious and very clean with everything you need in the kitchen. It’s a very odd layout - long corridor from the lounge to the kitchen & bathroom past all the bedrooms and 2 individual toilets, but that didn’t really bother us! It is ground floor into the lounge but it felt like a safe security setup and a quiet area. We loved our stay!
Theo was always very responsive and helpful. The apartment is large, modern, well supplied , including soap for the dishwasher and laundry. It is tastefully decorated, and the beds are very comfortable. The heating was easy to use and very adequate. The fridge and freezer were a good size for our 9 day stay. The tap water tasted great, and the hot water and pressure in the showers were very good. Very happy with our stay.

Hi! I'm Theo Born in London, UK and half Spanish, I traveled to Paris and fell in love with the city. So much so that I started investing and buying apartments to dedicate myself to hospitality. I love to welcome guests from all over the world to stay and enjoy the city I fell in love with years ago. Explore Paris from one of my amazingly located apartments, enjoy the sights, the atmosphere and immerse yourself in a local experience during your vacation. I am working together with a professional team of people who manage the apartments, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, during your stay and with the same focus on personal and attentive services.
