We spent 5 nights at Stephen’s at Greenpoint. The house has been renovated and inside is now modern fresh and we found it to be impeccably clean. Comfy beds and big rooms. Big kitchen area. Great views to Brisbane Waters. Def great to have a pool since it was really hot (thanks January!) and a fire pit! Thr best bit just 1hr from Sydney! Close to Kincumber shopping centre (8mins) with Coles (such a fantastic Coles too! It’s huge) and the usual shops in a shopping village and lots of take away options. Avoca beach 15 mins away. Erina Fair 15mins away. Long jetty 20mins drive. Close to lovely coastal walks and other great beaches. Aldi literally 2 mins drive down the road which was super handy for groceries. Stephen always got back to me quickly when I asked a question. Recommend for a chill stay. Wish we could have booked longer but alas it was already booked! I think this place will become very popular.

Great space. Very well renovated and furnished inside. Only downside is that there’s limited kitchen utensils. Not enough mugs, ladles, tongs, and the like. Recommend bringing some of your own - especially if you had a big-ish group (8 people) like ours. Everything else was great.

home is well appointed and Stephen is a great host. Location is convenient to shops and short drive to beaches. We loved the large pool, family enjoyed the stay very much. rooms were a bit hot at night getting the afternoon sun but we were staying in the middle of summer.
