With the closest neighbors 30 yards away, you'll likely only see the dolphins hail as they swim by the front of the property, which is why we have three bedrooms with a direct ocean view! Guests have access to this entire property, including the small fruit and vegetable garden which we are cultivating in the front yard. I am available at all times by phone call, text, email or Airbnb chat. Our local property manager is also available by phone. We have a few bicycles available for an additional flat rental rate of $50 per adult bike and $10 per child's bike per stay. There are also two Kayaks available for a rate of $10 per stay. On an island less than 8 miles long, you can get anywhere in a flash. Guests love to rent golf carts, bicycles or small cars to go around exploring as they please. Our home is about a 5 minute drive from both the marina and airport. Great Harbour Cay is 15 minutes from both Nassau and South Florida by plane.
