VERY accommodating, highly responsive host. The main areas of the unit were nicely upgraded and the kitchen is an excellent size with plenty of seating. There was even a Keurig fully stocked with plenty of k-cups. The washer and dryer are a GREAT feature, especially if you're staying with family. There was plenty of dish and laundry soap and lots of nice little touches. The only improvements needed are to replace the carpet in the bedrooms and enforce a no-smoking policy. I so didn't want to ding for that, but it really did detract from the rest of the experience. Overall the stay was very good.

Paul was a great host! Responded to any questions I had within seconds and the house was beautiful! When we come back we will definitely be staying here again! ☺️
