Welcome to Paris! This charming apartment is very bright, confortable and near to all amenities. It is perfect for a romantic getaway, a family trip or a Business trip. You only need to dump your suitcase and enjoy your stay. In my appartement you will be welcomed, helped and you will feel at home. I hope to meet you soon :) The apartment is located in the 13th district of Paris. It is a lively and cosmopolitan neighborhood. Very well located, it is only 200 m and 4 minutes walk from the station Bibliothèque François Mitterand where you can find the train RER C and subway 14. The train station "Gare d'Austerlitz" is 10 minutes away by RER C and the train station "Gare de Lyon" is also 10 minutes away by Metro 14. The big and famous concert hall "Accord Arena/Bercy" is only 17 minutes walk / 8 minutes by car or taxi. There are many restaurants, bars, cafes, stores and supermarkets within walking distance. Vietnamese/Thai and Chinese food specialties are well known in this area, so don't hesitate to try! This 30m2 apartment is composed of a living room, a bedroom, a small separate kitchen and a bathroom. Everything is equipped for your comfort! The 2 laundries are located at 4 min walk to wash your clothes if needed. There is a very strong Wifi so perfect for the work in remote. The apartment is located on the courtyard side of the building, which allows you to be quiet while being in a lively neighborhood. The neighbors are also discreet and quiet. There is very little traffic in the street in the evening, so you can sleep peacefully. The apartment is secured, there is a first access to the building with a code and then you will need a key to enter the building and a key to enter the apartment. The apartment has several locks for your security, even if there is no need. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor out of 3 and does not have an elevator. It is also not adapted for people with reduced mobility and I apologize for that.

Vous êtes jeune et dynamique cet appartement est pour vous. Mais si comme moi vous souffrez de problèmes de genoux et de surpoids ; je ne vous le conseille pas. Les 2 étages sont difficiles. Par contre, cet appartement à de belles qualités. Il est silencieux, sur cours. Si vous y êtes en été vous pourrez ouvrir les fenêtres. Le mobilier est confortable. il est bien situé etc. Tony est un hôte très réactif et attentif ce qui est un plus. Il est soucieux du bon déroulements des choses et à l'écoute.
Nous avons séjourné à Paris pour un mariage. Le logement correspondait parfaitement à la description. Il était très propre et bien équipé. Tony est un hôte sympa et à l’écoute. On recommande ce logement.
Good apartment, while away from the usual tourist areas in Paris, easily reached by the close by metro/RER. Restaurants and groceries were very convenient. We like to cook, but found the kitchenette difficult to use. It was missing some basics like a frying pan and measuring cups/spoons. Not a big issue if you’re not cooking full meals, such as reheating leftovers. The shower has good water pressure and hot water. It was hard to get in/out though and we constantly bumped the handle that controls the temperature while using it. Tony was a helpful host, although we were unable to reach him one day when we ran into a significant problem. Our overall rating for our stay was good, we enjoyed our stay there.
Le logement correspond à la description. Je penses toutefois que les photo embellissent la réalité. L'appartement est propre bien que des petites choses doivent être améliorées. Le lit est confortable, la salle de douche/WC l'est moins. La finition de l'appartement lui même n'est pas bien faite. Je présume que la taille est très correcte pour un appartement parisien. L'entrée, les couloirs et les escaliers étaient sales mais l'immeuble est en travaux. Les embellissements des extérieurs profiterons aux prochains voyageurs. Tony a été très réactifs et a répondu à toutes nos questions. Je penses que beaucoup de monde trouverons leur bonheur dans cet appartement.
