Irma's house was beautiful and very well stocked. She communicated quickly and was extremely easy to work with. We would highly recommend her place considering I've booked dozens and dozens of short-term rentals. This beautiful house is in the top 5% of my stays. We will be back!

This house is like your own private resort with exceptional outdoor space---both a front patio and a large back patio area with the pool. More than adequate comfortable outdoor furniture etc. Just the perfect amount of decor, both inside and outside. Best stocked kitchen I've ever encountered with quality pots, pans, knives and a wide array of storage/serving pieces. Upscale bedding and plush towels. Irma had strived to elevate her guest's experience with thoughtful extra touches. Any question is immediately answered. There were even sand sleds in the garage to take to White Sands, plus we were able to park both cars in the garage. In the 15 years that I've been researching for the 4 of us to stay for a 2 week adventure---this house, on a quiet cul de sac---rates as #1. Irma is indeed a SUPER Hostess.

Great house and fabulous host! Everything was super clean and thoughtfully done. All switches were clearly labeled; all supplies stocked and easily located. The kitchen was the best I’ve had in a rental (good quality cookware, knives, etc). The backyard is lovely and we enjoyed using the heated pool. There’s also a nice outdoor sitting area at the front of the house we used quite a bit. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Really nice neighbor close to almost everything in la cruces... we even took a 3 mile walk to get coffee and got to see the town.. we went on easter weekend and everywhere we went seemed very clean and cared for.. the house was amazing we brought our 3 boys and the hot pool was perfect for us 5.. we found it to be difficult to find a hot pool in the area as weather around this time is still very cool in the morning and nights... this was a perfect place to be able to relax and not get cold... also the house has some heating elements in the floors that keep your toes warm while your drying off.. bedrooms where super comfortable!! And the they even had an exta fridge in the garge for beverages.. all the appliances seemed to be new and we didnt have any issues with the house.. 10 stars for a place we would like to revisit agian next year.. thankyou it was everything we needed !!
