We appreciate owner's generous gift pack, however the mattress is too soft except the one in master room, the dust and hair on the bed sheet. Generally clean around the house, just need improvement on the details. We chose this house based on the photos that looks great, however the internal space was disappointed to what we paid for... Much smaller than what we thought, and the fourth bedroom downstairs which is not convenient. The pool is dirty, can not be used. In summary, It is expensive for the actual house.

We really enjoyed Brittany’s place. It was very comfortable and more than big enough for six adults. Lots of different areas to eat, relax and enjoy the sunshine. The area is just stunning with a great family friendly beach a very short walk away as well as a supermarket, bottle shop and cafes. There are also walks in the area and an amazing snorkeling area a short drive away. It was also very quiet at night. The house itself had better views of the ocean than we expected and the pool was a great treat for an after beach dip. A great spot for a family get-away that’s not too far from Sydney.

The perfect weekend retreat - great views of the sunrise over the ocean, walkable to the beach, welcoming, proactive and super helpful hosts, very comfortable bedrooms, great kitchen, dining and living areas, and a stylish pool and games room downstairs. Highly recommended abode!

Brittany was an amazing host. Her property in Kiama Downs is excellent - myself and the family enjoyed beautiful walks in the beach, and visited some great areas in the local area. We will definitely be back!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed the stay. We especially appreciated the little bit extra in the kitchen cupboards. The pool area was incredible and spacious enough to meet everyone’s needs.
