Perfect location and very clean apartment. Exactly as shown in the pictures. We were 3 adults with 4 kids and it was perfect for us, we loved it!Can’t wait to go back again.

Location location location! This place is perfect if location is your primary focus. It is in the Village and close to everything. Having brought two children, this place was perfect. It also had a few sleds which was great. For $1200 per night, with fees etc., I would have expected a little bit of a nicer place though. The master bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. The towels also felt like I was at a cheap motel. I know tissues aren't normal to have at a rental but being that they are used frequently, it would have been a nice touch instead of using the cheap toilet paper. We were also not informed that you had to reserve a parking spot so we arrived and had to park illegally every night and set the alarm to move the car in time to not get ticketed. I also had to reach out the afternoon of check in for check in procedures so not sure why I did not get that communication ahead of time. So the communication could have been better. The master bathroom fan needs some work as it was very loud and annoying. Overall, it was a great location and would stay there again, but not for $1200 per night. I would have just expected a little more love put into the place for that price.

If you stay here make sure you know that your parking will be a 15 minute walk to the condo in the freezing cold.

Great spot for a quick summer weekend getaway. Close to Main St, Breckinridge Brewery, and the Coffee Depot, we spot by there every morning, just a 3 min walk! If you have a small group like we did I highly recommend it! Clean, comfy beds, and lots of room.
