it was a good place to stay it was clean and spacious .But the only problem i faced that we were forced to check out before 12 which was my check out time, even when i told the owner around 10.30a.m that i would check out before 11.30a.m , the lady came and knocked at our door from 11.15 a.m and it was really disturbing , only cause there was the family who came early for next stay. Eventhough they had extra room they wanted us to check out early cause they had to clean . it was really bad behaviour and the owner should've taken care of it

Shammy is a very good and responsive Host. Made sure we felt at home, and accomodative. Place is as described, with beautiful surroundings. All listed amenities were present. Location easily accessible. Overall, a Good stay with value for money, within city limits.

My one night stay at Sam's Greenwood was fantastic! The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. Shammy was incredibly welcoming and accommodating, making sure all my needs were met. The location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions. I highly recommend Sam's Greenwood for a memorable stay in Trivandrum!

The main issue with our stay was the cleanliness, there were big cobwebs in the room, bathroom and balcony. We reached our stay after the check in time and our room was poorly cleaned while we waited in the living room. Another issue was the accessibility of the premise, the entrance of stay was from the back gate instead of the front one.
