Our neighborhood was the first planned neighborhood in Birmingham. The homes are mostly Craftsman, and Bungalow style, but there are plenty of 4 squares, and Prarie style homes as well. There are a few homes here that were designed by famous architects of thier time. Most of the homes here were built between 1900 and the 1930s. It is currently experiencing a "rebirth"... We have personally remodeled 44 homes in the neighborhood. There is a great winding boulevard through the middle of the neighborhood with places to stop and excercise, and there is a Park on one end and basketball courts on the other. Our neighborhood is incredibly diverse, wich makes it very special. We get together as neighbors during most of the major hoidays,, and have plenty of events in between. we welcome our guests to our neighborhood, and encourage them to get out and see what it's all about!

Guests can pretty much get anywhere in Birmingham by car from our apartment in a matter of minutes. UpTown, Protective Stadium, Top Golf, City Walk are walking distance, or you can usually find a scooter to ride there. UBER and LYFT are usually VERY close as well.
